Multiple usage of existing data
Personal information can be displayed in Intra- or Internet without extensive acquisition of data. Documents can be created per copy and paste from an address book or manually inside the TIMETOWEB Content Management System. No matter how created, the information can be up-dated periodically from a Domino Directory.
Photos
Only the photos have to be maintenanced within the TIMETOWEB CMS. It is possible to keep 2 different photos, e.g. one portrait and a enlarged detail photo. In this case a mouse-over effect lets the second photo appear - it makes an impression and attracts attention. It is possible to embed the business cards in a site or let them open in an pop-up window.
Overviews and Listings
Using the TIMETOWEB CMS business cards you can create complete overviews of people in no time. The simplest overview is a flattened visualization of all people or for selected personal entries - in alphabetical or manual sorted order.
It is also possible to display all organization units in their hierarchical relation. Every organization unit is visualized including all assigned employees. At the top position is always the head of the department, followed by his representatives and the department's secretary's office. After them, all employees are displayed in alphabetical order.
